FREE Returns/Exchanges You can request a return/exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. 

HASSLE-FREE Refunds Refunds are credited back to your bank account/original payment method. 

 

Kindly follow the below process for returns/exchanges:

1. Raise a request for return/exchange here.
2. Pack the item(s) you wish to return in the original package. Please ensure that the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it.
3. Hand over the package to our logistics partner when they arrive for pickup.
4. We will process your refund or send you the exchanged items once we receive the returned items.
