Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not 1000% happy, let us know. We promise we'll make it right :)

You may return the item and get a refund or exchange it for another colour, size, or an entirely new product.

FREE Returns/Exchanges You can request a return/exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. Or even 8. We're not actually counting.

HASSLE-FREE Refunds Refunds are credited back to your bank account/original payment method. 

 

Kindly follow the below process for returns/exchanges:

1. Raise a request for return/exchange here.
2. Pack the item(s) you wish to return in the original package. Please ensure that the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it.
3. Hand over the package to our logistics partner when they arrive for pickup.
4. We will process your refund or send you the exchanged items once we receive the returned items.
