Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not 1000% happy, let us know. We'll do whatever it takes to make it right. You may return the product and get a refund or exchange it for another colour, size, or an entirely new style.

FREE Returns/Exchanges You can request a return/exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. Or even 8. We're not actually counting.

HASSLE-FREE Refunds Refunds are credited back to your bank account/original payment method. No deductions. No store credit BS.

 

Kindly follow the below process for returns/exchanges:

1. Raise a request for return/exchange on Whatsapp +91 7799807044 or Email hello@flamingkoala.in 
2. Pack the item(s) you wish to return in the original package. Please ensure that the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it.
3. Hand over the package to our logistics partner when they arrive for pickup.
4. We will process your refund or send you the exchanged items once we receive the returned items.

 

P.S. Do you know why we are so generous with our refund policy? Because we have the best customers! Very few, if any, abuse our policies. Most of our customers are actually apologetic while asking for a return/exchange!
